Yes, this happens here quite often in winter. So we put on our long johns and get out into the snow.
From the Staller Sattel you can enjoy wonderful views of the valley and even of the neighbours in Austria. Then the whole family can whizz down the toboggan run, with the fastest crowned as toboggan king. There are also numerous other toboggan runs close by our hotels. Want a tip? Of course! You can borrow toboggans from us, while many of the huts on the toboggan runs will hire out their own toboggans for a small fee.
A horse-drawn sleigh is a little more comfortable: the whole family can snuggle up together under a warm blanket. Add to that the rhythmic trotting of the horses, the sparkling snow-covered landscapes… all creating a feeling of luxury – you might almost think you were a royal family. Just as well your little princess is there with you, as she alone knows the right way…
